The apartment was warm, had magnificent and absolutely perfect location near to the town centre where there plenty to do, visitor attractions and the Cathedral, restaurants and visitor attractions. The host showed us the property. Greatly enjoyed an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating, yet our beds were pretty small.

Great Location, close to attractions and town. Private parking available.
The bed was uncomfortable and the towels were not of a good quality. The on suite toilet was not clean and the skylight window in the attic had no blinds.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the town center where there was plenty to do. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially loved the fact that they provided toys and games for the kids. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient, and the host contacted me prior to arrival with all the necessary details.
Cannot find any fault.

The location was perfect for families, as we were just a short drive away from the exciting Drayton Manor Theme Park. Our children had the time of their lives, enjoying all the thrilling rides and attractions. The convenience of being so close to the park made our family outing even more enjoyable. We highly recommend 4C Gaia Lane for families looking for a fun-filled adventure!
My children wanted to have access to a swimming pool.

Loved the "free private parking" - because finding parking in the city is such a breeze! The "city views" from my room were just fantastic, nothing like staring at buildings all day.
Oh, what a shame the towels were offered. I was really looking forward to bringing my own towels on vacation, said no one ever.

I recently stayed at 4C Gaia Lane and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the cathedral, shops, and restaurants, yet it was surprisingly quiet. The property itself was well presented and furnished, providing a comfortable and clean atmosphere. The host was also very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The added bonus of toys and games for the kids was greatly appreciated as well.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a shower head that needed replacing and some light bulbs needing to be replaced, they did not significantly affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. In addition, the attic room did get quite hot, but the presence of fans would have easily resolved this issue.
